An experiential immersion into Art & Spirit, this Saturday workshop invites participants to explore creativity as a path to integrate the mind and heart.

No art talent or experience is needed. Through guided creative practices—music, movement meditation, pastel, poetry, and collage—we unleash the natural joy of the heart and access the visionary wisdom within. 

Guided by Dana Lynne Andersen, participants will experience the visionary principles and embodied practices revealed in her long-anticipated book, Art & Spirit: Creativity and the Transformation of Consciousness.

All materials will be provided, but please bring magazines if you have them.
